medi-cal (managed care)

hi everyone, thought i'd post a new topic. i know there is a medi-cal thread, but i wanted to know if anyone here is on medi-cal thats a managed care program .i have medi-cal/ blue cross hmo (managed care). i cant get into kaiser or ucsf as they are not taking new pts. anyone here have luck finding a physician in san francisco?

Where is the medi-cal thread?

I live up by Yosemite National Park and I drove all the way to Monterey to have surgery with Dr. Mark Vierra.  I would recommend him highly.  He was wonderful and so was the hospital staff......Very carying......
