protein drink?

The vitamin shoppe is in Citrus Plaza in Redlands, you know where Kohls and Target are. They are of the west side of the complex near the new service station and next to the Sprint shop.  You need to come to our support group meeeting.  We just had one today.   It''s in San Bernardino.  It was really fun today and we talk about all types of good things about WLS.

go to www.Protica.com for protein...these drinks are very good! plus it a easy way to get your protein. they are not cheap of course...but i like the  convenience of not mixing a thing! the best thing out there for us....

I couldn't drink any shakes in the beginning. I used Syntrax Nectar and bought it from vitacost.com (cheapest place and fast shipment) I would drink the fuzzy navel and cappuccino flavors. They're very light on the system.
