TOMS FARMS- Saturday November 15th!!!

I am pleased to announce I have booked our TOMS FARMS event!
This is an early announcement so you all can mark your calendars...
the date is Saturday, November 15th from 9am - 3pm.
I am doing this with an e-vite so if you are interested and have the date open please send me your e-mail address.

As this is the date of our Inland Empire Loser's support meeting...
we will have our November meeting at 10am at TOMS!
How cool is that?
So, a couple of questions and requests...
Do you all want to do a clothing exchange? If so I will need volunteers to set up, tear down and take the leftovers to donate to charities.
I will also need some folks to help with set up, manning the Welcome Booth and tearing it down.
We could use maybe two easy ups. I have two tables for the Welcome Booth and chairs so that should be covered.
There is a cost so some donations for costs would be nice!

The terms are the same. Usually TOMS FARMS requires a catered meal for a gathering BUT since we are a WLS group they are waiving that on the condition that our folks will purchase our food and drink at the various restaurants and stores there. All of us who have been involved with the TOMS events know it's a good deal and thank TOMS for waiving this requirement.
So, bottom line, you can't bring and food or drinks with you.
Also NO ALCOHOL!!!
This is such a family friendly event and place I hope you all bring your kids, spouses, family and friends. You will all have a good time!
