Good Morning & Happy TGIF

good morning janine and cali crew,
TGIF for sure... i got some cleaning done yesterday and it felt so good to do something.. i have pelenty more work to do... even though i'm suppose to take it easy...i get my daugther this weekend wooohooo.. i think i'm gonna take her to the boat and have some fun... the weather is so nice here...oh and i woke up so many times last night it sucked,,,,, i don't know what's up with that...well everyone have a great day ...and awsome friday!!!

Janine -the mural looks great!  You are making great strides towards its completion.  Thanks for the updated picture.  Thank you for the shout out.  Yes, there were problems between Greg and I, but that is all water under the bridge. Happiness is on the horizon.

Cali- I sttended the New Balance fashion show last night and it was great.  I tried on one sports bra and it took me 10 mins just to get the thing off of me.  I called that one "The Contraption".    OMG, once you get it on, you cannot take it off.  While the bras that I tried on were the latest in sports bra technology, NB needs to realize that women lead busy lives.  They are going to do their runs in the morning , come back home, change clothes, deal with family (if they have one) and then go to work.  They don't have time to be fighting with a bra that won't come off easily.  I bought one bra.  Can you say $60 (Ouch!).  I might end up taking that back.  No bounce and lots of support.  Not as cumbersome as the first bra but not too  much better either.  They had given me a good bag: a pink insulated lunch bag, a bottle pale pink nail polish, a bottle of water, 2 health bars, and something else (cannot remember).  While I was there, I signed up for the $200 shopping spree raffle; I hope I win.

Good Morning All!  It is a wonderful Friday!  It's PayDay!  Yeah!  Ok now the race is on to see how fast I can spend it.  Ready..............Set................GONE!  Ok, I did leave a few $$$$ for me to go get some new walking shoes. 

I was up, fed the puparazzi and went back into bed and snuggled in the covers a bit when the phone rang at 8:02 am!  Got some fantastic news:


JAYDEN WON!!!!

That is so cool.  I sent a message to his momma who was excited and said she would tell him as soon as he got his head out of the toilet and was done puking.  Awwww, little bug got bit by a big bug.  Pukes and Runny Butt.  Not a cool way to start a weekend.  Plus he's ticked off he has to miss a day of school.  Stoked about winning though.

I was working in my back yard with the teenager I had weedeating yesterday when a freak accident occured.  The weedeater kicked up a rock and hit my sliding glass door.  Shattered the glass in place.  Good thing it's dual paned and only the outside shattered.  We stood there watching the glass crack (we were inside the house by that time for safety).   It was awsome.  Expensive, but awsome.  I looked at the kid and joked ...."If you had to break a sliding glass door, why couldn't you have broken the one that DIDN'T work????  But nooooooooo he got the only darn slider (I have 3) in the house that works right.  Pfffffht.

This weekend brings a bunch more rest after I pay bills, a little bit of laundry and waiting for Joe to get home.  Ahhhhhhhhhh.  I am going to go take myself to go see a movie.  Lakeside Terrace.

As for me today is TGIF, I have tomorrow off, but work Sunday. I dont have a full weekend off in the near future that I know of. I doesnt help that it ends up we dont really get our actual schedules until the week before. The Director of Nurses is always making changes, so while we get a schedule for the month you basically ignore it. You just know it is going to change. Cant say I like that at all, but atleast I know the soonest I go into work is 1200 so if I have to make appts I can do them early. I am offically done with orientation and work on my own today. Here's hoping I dont go insane and they let me leave at the end of the night not put me in one of the rooms, lol!!

Wow Janine, the mural is really stating to take shape. It's looking more and more beautiful. Nothing on the agenda today except grocery shopping and possible going to Kohl's for some new bath rugs. Old ones are falling apart and I want to change the color scheme in the bathroom. Going from a faded amethyst to navy blue.  Tomorrow is support group and dinner with the Losers...lol Sunday is church. So that's about it, other than cleaning house for next weekend, when I have my Pampered Chef show. I am so looking forward to that. It's going to be a lot of fun! Lots of good, weightloss friendly food. I hope everyone has a great weekend. =)

TGIF Cali!

Janine your progress is amazing and I just can't get over how talented you are.  I am not creative at all and I am always very envious of those that are.  You are amazing!

As for me, I am off for the next four days and know they are going to fly by.  I am going to do a lot of relaxing and spending time with my favorite lil man.  I wish I could be a stay at home mom, but life doesn't allow that for me YET! 

We are off to the gym, than to play, and play some more.  Hope everyone has a great day!

Yeah! TGIF! Tomorrow is my 3 month surgiversary! I will be posting new pics. i can't wait to see the difference myself. 

I have my first exam of the semester on Wednesday. I will be studying, studying and doing a little more studying over the weekend.

My girls have choreography for cheerleading on both Saturday and Sunday. So, I will be studying in the parking lot of the gym so I don't have to drive back and forth. I hate gas prices.

Goodmorning Janine and Cali guys and gals.  Mural is looking fantastic, but did we expect less?  Not from you, Janine, you artist you.  Sorry you are not going to make it to the dinner.  You will be missed.  Tomorrow I am going to the support group then I don't know what and then to the dinner.  It should be fun.  I have been in a bit of a funk for the past week, just can't seem to shake it very well.  I just want to veg and do nothing.  Tried to break it taking the kids to LV the other day, but nope, still got it.  I am hoping the support group and the dinner will shake it out.  We will see.  I get to see my doctor next week (if he doesn't cancel again) and I am looking forward to that.  I hope he is proud of how much weight I have lost.  Well that is all for now,  Everyone have a wonderful day.
