OT: Pampered Chef Show (Updated)

This is an open invitation to anyone who would like to attend on Sept. 27th. It's going to be a great time. The food will be weightloss friendly. The consultant is a Lap-Bander, so she's aware of our food "issues"...lol The topic will be "Power Cooking". What does that mean?? She's going to show us how to prepare meals ahead of time, like those Make-Ahead-Meal companies. Where you pay $125.00 for about 10-15 meals. Only she's going to show us how to do it for a lot less $$$. If you are interested, PM me for my address and show time by Sept. 24th. =)

I'd love to come...... but it would take all my "kitchen gadget money" to get there (and some) in gas.  I love pampered chef.  My kitchen is about 1/2 pampered chef.  Besides - I'd probably show here a thing or two.  I have a full freezer and cupboard full of "made ahead" meals that take less than 50 minutes.  Most are pull from freezer, put in oven.  I make 'em all up ahead of time.

Now, I gotta make a whole bunch of 'em WLS friendly.

Draw a stick figure (for now use a wide tip marker - next year you can use a fine line) and prop it up on the mantle or on a table near a lamp.  That will be me!!!!!!  I'll be there in spirit.
