Local Support Groups

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a local support group to join in the Rocklin/Roseville area.  My surgeon has one, but he is all the way over in Elk Grove and that's too far to drive.  I would appreciate any suggestions!

Roseville 2nd saturday of the month 3 to 5 pm

open to anyone and everyone

This is the only one I know of in Roseville. I used to live in Roseville until last November then I moved to Jackson, not my choice. I wish I was back in Roseville.

I've heard about that one.  I mentioned it to my surgeon, but he said it was too big of a group.  I think I'll try it anyway.

Dr. Koura ( my after care doc ) is right , it is a big group ....but so what???
There also is an onlne group that is mostly made up of RNYers it is WLS-Roseville@yahoogroups , not real active , but everyone seems nice.
They may know of smaller groups , I belong to a banding support group in sacramento/roseville....very small.
