Well, last week I didn't lose anything and this week 3 pounds which thrills me to death .LOL That maje a total of 35 pounds. When I left for AZ last week I was wearing a 3Xtoday on the way home to Cali I was wearing a 1X. What more can I say...other than good grief I love this tool!!!!!

This is what happen when you start losing...your $$$ goes to clothes instead of food.LOL
