Renee,
Yummo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I did boneless skinless breasts and bone in skin on thighs.  They were very tasty and the breast was really really moist and tender.
My hubby loved it.  I will make it again.  Thanks for the inspiration.  I can always use a good chicken recipe

Beans and ham hocks in the crocker pot.  I can have the beans and freezing 3 bags for dinners.
I'm with you gf - In & Out --- yuckkkky!  I didn't even like it when I had a full tummy.

I'm hanging out by the phone waiting for my bald man to call!  Yeah!

Yeah.. I've never even eaten at an In & Out.  It's been about 13 years since I've had a hamburger!  So Chad usually gets In & Out as his special B day dinner, bluuehhh  or, when he and my dad go hunting!

DH is a pretty good Mr. Mom M-W (he golfs TH-F). Tonight was roasted boneless chicken thighs (I had 1) with a beautiful green salad with carrots, tomatos, cucumbers. He also cooked up some squash, which I HATE, so I passed on that.

Watermelon for dessert...standard in the summer.

Any of you use a pressure cooker instead of the crock? I LOVE mine, although I have only had it for 3 weeks. :) I use it every Thurs when DH is on the course.

I have a microwave crock pot.  Magnificent!!!!!!!  I love it and would not trade it for all the chocolate in the world!

I still haven't tried rice..  wayyy to scared, and honestly, I don't miss it. .  It will expands in your tummy and can make you horribly sick!    So definatley be careful if you try rice.. and I would go with brown rice, over white if you do!

Take care,
