I'm looking for some suggestions.  I can wait to wrap my tastebuds around some cream of mushroom soup and the like, YUMMY!!!  I think I'll try some cream of wheat too, although I've never been a huge fan.

I have jello still, broth, popsicles, pudding, protein shakes etc.

wish I had a icecream maker, that could be fun, lol!!

Today I'm not doing so hot, but hopefully things will turn around in a bit, it's about time for a nappy-poo :)

Mmmmmmm, cream of chicken too!!!  YUMMAGE!!!!   I can have oatmeal and the like as long as it's really watered down, but I think I may wait on that one, sounds a tad bit scary right now, lol :)

Nicole, I am noy sure why hisprogram says no to cream of wheat and oatmeal for 7 months , but I am trying very hard to stick to it, HOWEVER!! I really really want some oatmeal. Saw some at Starbuck's this morning at the airport and it was all I could think of to eat for at least 1 hour. But I will confess I had 3 roasted pecans 2 days ago...OMG!! they were soooo good!! Shhhh, now you don't tell. LOL

Sorry that your not feeling to good today.  It will get better.  Each Dr seems to have different rules.  When I was on the full liquids, I was able to have soupy mashed potatoes.  Loved it!  sure was better than jello.  I was also able to have SF/FF pudding and FF yogurt (as long as there was not fruit chunks in it) How long do you have to be on full liquids?  I had to do them for 3 weeks, then 3 weeks of pureed.

Ooooh yes, I can have yogurt too!  forgot about that one!  And mashed potatoes sound scrumptulous!  How did you make them?  I suppose they'd be ok, since "cream of wheat", "oatmeal" "grits" and other (watered down) cereals are on there..  Oh boy!!  I'm excited now, lol!  The protein drink I'm a bit scared of for some reason, but we'll see how it goes.  I have about 5 to go with.

I used instant and I used fat free milk instead of water.  No butter.  I just a little salt and very little pepper for taste.  I think I used about 1/4 cup of milk and 1/8 cup of mashed potatoes.  Just make sure you make them soupy.  Hope this helps

Question, my list says "cream of rice" and I was thinking it was "cream of wheat"... are they the same thing?  I've never had "rice"??

I know we're going for low sugar etc, but can I try the brown sugar/cinnamon for some flavor?  Or do I make it myself?  I JUST got up and haven't eaten yet...
