I have been home since 9/4 and went back to work the following Wednesday. I have been so tired trying to catch up on my work that I haven't posted until today. My surgery went well except for that damn foley catheter, I think I had more pain from that than my surgery. I was in the hospital for 2 days and the staff were great. I missed Joy but I heard that she was great support for Nicole. Sorry I missed you Joy. Will have to make arrangement to get together.

I am on doing well at home and am still on pureed foods with no problems. I had a family reunion yesterday and thought it would be very challenging but I handled it great.

My total weight loss including the 2 week pre op is 36 pounds. I just hit below 260 which I haven't seen in awhile.

I wanted to thank my angel, Jenn Avery for all her love and support she has given me.

Congrats on becoming a loser! Save some room for me on that bench. I can't believe you went back to work so quick. I am a wimp and am going to take all the time I can. I am going to take advantage of my time off to get my eating and exercise routine down before adding work back in. I hope all continues to go well for you.

Hey Gina, I am sorry we miss one another while you were in the hospital. I am in AZ right now. But when I get home I will be checking in with you in hopes that we can get together. Nicole is just a sweetie. I was worried when she had to stay in the hospital but she is home and doing better.
You are doing really well the weight is and will come off fast.

I am so glad that you are doing well!! I am still on the pureed food also. But I did try to chew chew chew chew some deli turkey, and I did pretty well! I cant beleive you are already back to work, you are one tough cookie! I can bearly do anything around the house, I just feel so yucky.

Thank you again for stopping by my hospital room! I was so out of it, lol. Me, you, and Joy should all get together some time!!
