Good MOnday Morning Cali

Good Morning All!  I'm up a bit early for a recovering old broad but hey.......  I slept really crappy last night and am not happy about it.  Kept waking up. 

Talked to Joe last night and they're having fun hunting.  One person in their group got one the first day but it's difficult.  Gas is over $5 a gallon back there so they won't be going back into town unless they really need to.  Next I hear from him will be when he's headed home.  Miss that old bald man.

Jayden called me last night too!  Such a sweetie.  Asked me how my tummy was feeling and told me to take it easy.  I said I would.  I teased him about his box and he asked me what was in it.  I told him he had to wait until the next time he was over here!  He then wanted to know when so I got up and counted days.  12 days until I pick him up!  YaHoo!  He's so awsome. 

There's a website out to vote for Jayden's calendar page that they told Joe about last Wednesday and I tried to access and it wasn't working.  So........ as soon as I find out more I will let all of my OH family know what it is so they can all vote for Jayden's picture!.

That's it.  I'm going to get another bottle of water, shower and get dressed.  I have dietary training this morning at 9!  Yeah!  I think we get more than just clear liquids to eat!!!!

Good Morning Janine & Everyone,

Wow that Mosaic is coming together fast. It is looking really good, your poor hands though!! What a way to spend a hot a$$ day though, whew!
All my paper work is in, it has been in. I have to go in Wednesday and take a lie detector test and go over my background check. I think that is it for Wednesday, then it is the waiting game again. At least I like where I am working now and it wont kill me to be there. I just want the regular hours and better pay. This week I work 12-830 3 day then 3-1130 2 days and only have one day off before my week starts again. This weekend was my last 2 days in a row off through at least mid October. Not to mention the schedule changes by the day so it is really hard to plan anything. The only good thing is I will usually be working at 12 or 3, so I can make early appts.
I did get to rest some yesterday, but I was up early this morning when I don't have to be at wor****il 1200. Oh well I am sure my body will eventually get use to it. On with the day......

Janine tha Masaic is going to be so beautifull. I hope to see it in person when u are done.  Just getting ready for my apt at 10am with my personal trainer.  Then at 1pm I start at Kaplan college woo hoo..
Now i am just waiting for my surgen to call me back, I am still having alot of issues with my soft food not staying down.

Isn't the Cookie Lee stuff awesome?! And it looks even better in person. Paula and I are going to the showroom today for orders for her workplace. Let me tell you, the showroom is a DANGEROUS place!!!  lol  You can get hostess benefits just for doing a catalog show too, so if you get orders from other people, there is something in it for you too!! just saying

Hey there!  The mosiac is going great and fast!  The picture was taken at the japanese gardens in the Phoenix area.  I was with my brother who lives there.  Yeah its great to have a child I can share hobbies or activities with and us bothe enjoy it.  He reminds me a lot of me as a child.  My weekend was pretty dull.  My hubby was sick and we stayed home.  Wow Monday came fast.  Hugs, Jess

I HATE DR. DAY IT THROWS A WRENCH IN MY WHOLE DAY, PLUS THERE IS PROLLY NOTHING WRONG AND IT'S ALL IN MY HEAD.. OH WOW I WI**** WAS. ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE FELT BETTER WITH THE PREDNISONE, BUT THE SIDE EFFECTS SUCK.  OH WELL... LOL

THE WALL IS  BEAUTIFUL, SUCH A TALENTED LADY YOU ARE. A TRUE LABOR OF LOVE FOR SURE.

WELL SARAH IS BEING WAY TO QUIET, AND WE ALL KNOW AT 2 1/2 YEARS OLD THAT'S NOT A GOOD SIGN. SO I GUESS I BETTER GO HUNTING FOR HER BEFORE GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS.

Good Morning,

I had a wonderful (but long) weekend.  Saturday, I got my lock retightened (I didn't get to make it to Fredericks).  Sunday, I was supposed to have taken Greg out for his birthday, but that did not happen (another post).  So, after the fun run , with Michele and her daughter and grandson,  I went to the knit shop, then I went to Venice Beach to find this guy who sell cool, cotton wraps; then I went to Michael's to buy some yarn to make  a sweater and   I bought three : teal blue, white and red.                                                  The Fun Run was great.  There were lots of people there.  Maybelline was giving out mascara to everyone and they also had a representatives give lessions on how to apply mascara.  There were chair massages ( the line was too long),  plenty of food and music.

Janine- the mural looks fabulous.  You are making great progress. Thank you for the updated picture.

Good Morning...

Thanks for sharing pics of your mural. I enjoy following your progress. I'm sure it is a lot of work - but, very rewarding.

Weekends go sooo fast, and Monday's come way toooo fast. I try hard not to wish my life away for weekends... but, sure would like another weekend.

We took the train from Irvine to LA Untion station on Saturday. What beautiful architecture. I've commuted into downtown LA on the train before, but with the rush of commuting, never took the time to appreciate the building. We then went to Olvera street for a yummy lunch and some walking around the area. Not sure we walked enough to offset that "yummy lunch," though!

Sunday morning I got some pampering... Starbucks delivered to me in bed with the Sunday paper. Then breakfast - homemade muffins and and a homemade spinach strata. It was sooo good. My BF got up at 6:00 AM and started cooking for me. I'm very lucky and spoiled.

Then a "tough" day of football. Celest and Gary kicked my butt in Fantasy Football, and the Chargers got ripped off by a bad call.

Oh ya, and Kirstin and Lu, I started training for my marathon - I ran from the couch to the refridgerator a couple times on Sunday!

Janine, the mural is looking great so far. Thank you for sharing the pictures of the progress with us.

Not in a good frame of mind at the moment. My ankle hurts like Hell. Matthew's been really restless at night, so I haven't been getting to sleep until 2-3 in the morning, and on top of that she's been kicking my foot/ankle. Makes me want to beat the crap outta him.

Nothing much on the agenda. Probable start getting stuff for my Pampered Chef show on the 27th, rather than get it all at once. I am hoping for a good turn out. It's going to be a lot of fun. I am also putting in applications for work. I am so stressed about finances right now.

Anyway, that's it on my end. I hope everyone has a great day!
