Multi-Vitamins...

I have taken the Bariatric Advantange Multi-Vitamins and they
are good.  I switched over to Optisource about four years ago
and I love them.  I order mine on-line from Walgreens.com.
They run around $27.00 a month, but I feel I am worth it.

Have always had Excellent labs, the most important of all
of the supplements to take is the Iron.  I faithfully take mine
every morning. I use the slow release Target brand, they run
about $4.99 for 30 day supply.
