Multi-Vitamins...

I just finished my Bariatric Advantage Multi-Vitamins. What can I take that are over the counter, and how many should I take. I like BA, but they are quite expensive. Thanx!

my dr has me taking flinstones chewables 2 times a day

I take Centrum Silver Chewables. While I'm not 50, I figure the extra stuff in them can't hurt. I've also taken just regualr Centrum Chewables, but I prefer the taste of the "silver" ones.

My surgeons offiice suggested Flintstones, but I couldn't hang with the taste. I've been doing Centrum for the past 4-years plus, and everything has been fine.

Oh ya, I just remembered, I've taken the generic, Walgreens brand of "silver" chewables. A *****eaper; they don't taste bad - but, they're not as good the Centrum ones.

I've used what Zorn recommended from day 1. One Source ~ Woman's. I get them at Walmart and I take 2 a day, 1 in the am and 1 in the pm. They aren't too expensive either.
