JJ,

That is great news.   3 WOW's in one day?  Can't beat that.

Also, remember to save one top and one pants, when you get depressed and think things aren't going as you would like; pull out the old outfit and then lay new (smaller outfit) on top of it.  It will cheer you right up.  Also to remember to take pictures regularly.  It takes a long time for your mind to catch up with your body.  You need to see the new you as much as possible.

Hi Kim,

Great ideas!  I'll put the pants and top in a special drawer for those days.  I've got to put my photos together in a better way so I don't have to hunt for them.  Maybe make a webpage for my laptop for those days and a list of ideas everyone has for the blue days.

Thanks very much!

Hi Jeni!

Thanks!  I'm so hyped now.  I've been doing these Leslie Sansone walks and I really enjoy them.

I've been thinking about you, wondering how you're doing with the waiting.  1 month 4 days until we slide over for you!

Hugs,

Thanks so much!  You're not just whislting Dixie!  I did have to turn on the fan for white noise though.  I'm not used to it being so quiet. LOL
