I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved family member Josie. Just because we know it's for the best or knew it was time doesn't make it any easier. I just wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you. I have been where you are several times myself and it's just a very hard thing to do and except.

Oh no Steve.  I am SO sorry.  I can relate how you are feeling, as you know I still grieve over the loss of my sweet Patches. 

As I sit here in tears, I loved her so much, she was a real sweetie, I will prayer for strength and courage for you and D.  As the days pass, you will miss her, but then you will remember her fondly too.  It does get better but it never goes away. 

God Bless you both in this trying time.  Josephine is at Rainbows Bridge running free and no longer in pain.  Gosh, there goes all my makeup I worked so hard to put on this morning.
