Hey lady,
That sucks that they won't give you a certificate.  Everyone should get one for just participating, you would think!!?!? 

ANYWAY, you did the get the medal and the blisters to prove it!  I am SO very proud of you, Helen and all the other folks that do these runs.  Like I told you in your blog~you are running for us that CAN'T, so keep on truckin' and you kick ASS at Long Beach!!
