??? about Sugar in product

When you look at labels on the back of product. How much sugar is to much. I was going to buy somethings at the store like sepgahtti sauce but i dont know how much sugar grams I should by.
Hi jenji, I usually go no more than 6gms . of sugar per serving. I use that as the guideline. Hope this helps.

My doc's rule of thumb is a 2 to 1 ratio of protein to carbs. For instance at the end of the day if you consume 80 grams of protein then you should of only had 40 grams of carbs or less.
If I were you, I would check with your doctor though. Every one has their own food/eating plan for their patients. You can ask 100 doctors their opinions and you will most likely get 100 different answers.
