OT Mural Update

Wow I kept thinking of Kim and Tim floating out at the wave pool at Knots today. I worked 5 hours out in the heat on the mural today...and although it does not look like I got a lot done....I did.

It is quite tedious breaking and hand cutting the pieces of tile...not to mention hard as hell and wow do my hands hurt this evening. After Jeff and I left, we got a bite to eat and I proceeded to come home and fall asleep until a bit ago...YIKES not good on a school night eh?

Like I said it does not look like much, but I know it is going to be way cool. All the tiles except for the slate is all hand made..by moi!!!

Wow how exciting to have your work on display forever like that. Congratulations. It looks great so far. Sorry about the hand pain, but I can't imagine the feeling you will have when it is all complete.

Do you live near 29 palms by any chance? I have a long time friend that lives out there and I am trying to plan a visity soon and would love to meet you in person.
