Ok i know juice is super high in sugar. But what if u juice your own. I'm craving orange juice soooo bad.

Waaay too many carbs, IMO, especially this soon after surgery.  You'd probably dump.

1 Cup freshly squeezed is Total Carbohydrate 25.79g  ouch!

I went and bought some orange kool-aide sugar free and some orange crystal light.

Besides being high in carbs and sugar.. oj is very acidic.. and could do some real damage on your pouch!!

I did drink apple juice for a while early out. l It kept the plumbing regular and it helped to get my liquids in.  I more than halfed it with water and loaded it with ice. 

Crystal light is a much better option!

Not only should you not be drinking juices because they are so high in sugar and carbs...fresh or not...you should not drink OJ because of the high acid content either! Stink to the crystal lights and other non sugar drinks!
