Anyone know of

Hello all
I need a little advice. I went to the dr. and they told my the lump i feel in my throat is gastric stuff. It drives me crazy i feel it every time i swallow. and it seems to intensife. I have drank hot tea and stuff no help.

I'm also really weak and get dizzy really quick this could be cause I cant get anything in but  water or the blood pressure is up.

does anyone know of unflavored protein I can put in my water and I will not taste it. I cant get protein shakes in cause there to sweet. my tast buds have changed big time.

You probably have a stricture.  You will need to go to a Gastroenterologist and get "scoped"  They will go past your pouch and try and enlarge the area where it enters the small intestines (done in the office usually).  This is a very common problem.  About 10% of RNY patients have this issue.  One other thing...very important.  Do not freak out if you have to go back a second or third time to get scoped again.  By the third time about 98% of people get it resolved.  Get it done you you'll be alot happier.  Brian
