Mountain Bike Anyone?????

Monica P and I want to be "Muddy Buddies"!!!  This is a two person event where you switch off running and mountain biking on a 6 mile course.  One person runs, while the other bikes....and at each mile you must complete obsticles...then you swtich!    At the end we park the bike and together we must cross a huge deep mudpit before crossing the finish line!!  We are looking to see if someone locally has a mountain bike we can borrow the weekend of November 2nd.  It needs to be something that we both can ride since we have to switch off....we are 5'3" and 5'6".  Can anyone help us???

Can I just sign up for the mud thing?  I have always wanted to do that, but I don't think I would be up for running or mountain biking yet, maybe in about 50-60 more lbs,  Good luck to you.  Rhonda

They have a kids one where parents are required to go through the mud with them.  If you don't have one...borrow one and come out!  LOL

I think we have a bike you can use.  We have lots of bikes.  Maybe you guys can come up soon and go to dinner with me and take it home.  It's Timmy's bike, but he has 2, so he can do without it for a while. 

Sounds like a great idea!  I'll wait and see if anyone closer to me has one we can use, but we'll definitely come up for dinner anyway!

I got my drain out yesterday- still really stiff and sore, but getting better every day.
