Just Wanting to Say Hi to Everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Cali Friends,
I have not posted for sometime, and Just felt compelled to throw a big shout out to everybody!!!!!!

Life is good and down below my goal weight!!!!!!!!!!! yahoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

Life seems to keep me very busy now a days, but at least I'm not carrying around that extra 189lbs.

John, looking good.  It is so unfair to the women but...men lose the weight so much faster.  No problems not posting, especially since your out there living life to the fullest.  You may want to shout out to the Men's Forum too.  I think you were there for awhile if I'm not mistaken.  Many of the guys have left for the Quix board though.  Take care.  Brian
