RNY on 07/19/07 with
lean cuisine and a 2 mile run.  :)
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Pureed beef topped with Trader Joe Spagetti sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parm. Hopefully, it will feel good going in tonight. The only thing my tiny pouch has liked today it tea!! This is the first day I haven't done well with my food. Guess I am pretty lock due to the fact I'm only 8 days out, and never gotten sick...yet. Let's hope it srays that way.

Wow!  Good luck with that!  It's so hard to know what is going to work, and what's going to make you sick.. I remember the first year I always traveled with a plastic bag in my purse!  hehehe!  But I was one of those people who got sick A LOT!  And, I still do, just not nearly as much!!
Take care!

Yippy!!! It agreed with me and my pouch!!! I tasted so good. I seasons the beef with fresh garlic, onion,  drained all the fat off..whipped it through the mini processor for just a second (didn't want it to look like cat food LOL).
Heated the sauce, put it on top of the beef,  topped it off with the cheese. Da** it was good!!
This is making me very happy, after feeling so crappy all day and nothing has tasted very good...until now.

That's really great Joy!!!  So glad you were able to enjoy it!!!

When I make spagetti.. I make it regular for my hubby.. but I put mine over a bed of steamed spinach!  I think it's great!  It may work for you when you are able to eat more!

Stay happy darlin!

Renee*, I love spinach and Spagetti Sauce, so, the thought of the 2 together sounds pretty good. I use that combination with Ricotta Cheese in a pasta dish I make...it will be sometime before that will happen again.;-)
Thanks for the idea, I will be needing all I can get!!

Oh, I'm full of ideas and happy to share!   I just learned ways to adapt the old recipes I liked.. to things I can eat!

And I'm always happy to share!

My mom cooked corned beef cabbage and carrots for us.  It was so yummy.  Plus she did the dishes and completely cleaned up afterwards.  Then as we were headed for bed (at least for jordyn) we made a pitstop in the kitchen and ants everywhere. UGH!!

Okay I see I really need to get dude dust.  I have been saying it for a while.  No more excuses.

I LOVE the dude dust and I tend to put it on everything!!!  It's really good, and it's really low in salt!  I guess I talk about it a lot!  he he he
