Just wanted to wish everyone a happy hump day..

What a great day.. I had to finally break down and buy a pair of short.... I can not even remember when i last owned a size 40..

After the work out at the gym i got on the scale, and asked for help, cause i know i could not be sing a 249 on the screen... This is the lowest i have weighed in years... omg  what a feeling..

Hugs

Hi,

I see that Dr. LaMar is your doctor. Did you like him? I am looking into surgery, and I am going to see him in a few weeks.

Thank you,
Lindy

Well Scott,
To be honest I do not even have a gym membership! The biggest tool for me was walking, walking and more walking!!!! I finally reached a point where I was able to do light jogging! By no means am I a work out junkie!! I now do a lot of enjoyable weekly exercise like biking, in line skating, and continue to walk. I try to do a weekly routine of set ups and push ups to keep toned up, but nothing real intense. I reached my below goal weight in a year. Be patient my friend and don't get discouraged if you reach a plateau, it will happen but keep on moving forward. It will pass. You will lose inches when your not losing weight. I went from a 56 waist and now 36 are a little loose!!!!!!!!

Your Doing Great!!!!!

Best Regards,

John

Hi Scott,

Congrats to you!  Keep up the great work.  That weight will melt off of you in no time.  Just be consistent with your exercise , follow your surgeon's orders and you will be just fine.
