O pounds lost/gained
Sitting pretty at 129! I was on the treadmill for twenty minutes after work yesterday. Sure was nice to exercise again. It may have helped my post-surgical swelling cause my feet weren't nearly as puffy when I woke up today.
Work is tiring me out... just not used to it... I fell asleep before 8 pm. last night and was out until early this am.

I'm down 4 lbs this week. That's 30.3 since surgery! All that walking is paying off.
Thanks for the shout out yesterday, Janine, I added a bottle of water and feel better..
Someone in my support group mentioned a webpage called “Couch Potato to 5k run”. I tried it. I actually was able to run the first day using their guide. Not that I want to run the river run, but I think it’ll build my endurance for walking it. It has a nice set of stretches I used too and I’m not sore! I also practiced my racewalking. I had a bit more energy taking the correct amount of multi and with the new adjustment on my CPAP I’m feeling pretty good! I tried a couple chicken recipes but neither set very well. I’ll stick to plain food a while longer.

I'm down 1.2 pounds this week. I have this really flakey scale, where you have to average the measurements. I got really excited, because the first time it said 211.8. The second time it said 214.6. The third time was 214 even, which was where it was two days ago, so I picked that one. I knew 211.8 was too low...
