Not weight related, looking for relo info for OC.

I am up for a job transfer from Orlando to Newport and I have never been there . I was thinking of renting in Irvine???? I would really appreciate anyone's feedback.

PS. I have been approved for RNY, but would have to now put it off. Are there any bariatric centers in the OC???

Lots and not to brag but I love my doctor,  he trains the other doctors all over the world.  I lived in O.C,  most of my life and all my friends are from there.  Irvine is a wonderful place to live.  There is so much to do there also.  One of my dearest freinds just did a custom built home in Irvine and it is to die for.  My Doctor Milton Owens did my surgery in Orange and Chapman center for Obesity.  It went perfect with no complications at all.  My surgery was even observed by some doctors in Germany.  It was a hoot to say the least.  Newport is also a wonderful place to rent, it can be pricey and there are some not so good areas.  But Irvine is all good and they have such great shopping at the Irvine Spectrum.  Costa Mesa is not far you can go there for great theater.  Ohhhh I am starting to miss the O.C. so badly now!  lol  We are now in the high desert as my husband like land.  Me I am a city girl born and breed.  Hope that helps if you need any other information on O.C,  just PM me  I miss it so bad and can tell you all the hot spots!

There are a lot of good doctors of all kinds here in the OC.  Some have already been mentioned.  You wont' have a problem finding one for RNY.  Peter Leport is a good one as well.  He did surgery on a good friend of mine.  I'm having a little more trouble choosing a doc as I am looking at VSG.   The doc's are just now starting to do them down here.   If you want to look for good rentals you can try tustin just over the boarder from Irvine and not as pricey.    Feel free to PM if you need more info.
