Venison (I hunt my own), wild pig, turkey, elk, dove, quail.........  yum.  Oh, then there's the salmon we fish, bottom fish, halibut, and all that stuff.  Abalone!  One of my goals is to get into a wetsuit next June!  I am going to make it!  I WILL NOT eat bear in any shape, form or way.  Ewwww, ick.

Last night I covered a chicken breast with cream of chicken and mushroom soup.  I love that they combined these two flavors.  I added in some broccoli at the end of cooking and sprinkled it with a lil parmesan cheese. Yum - O.  It was just what I had a taste for.  My mom is going to cook tonight. Corned beef and cabbage with onion and carrot.  Major treat as she usually only does it at st patty's day.  But since they were a great price then she bought two and froze one.  She figured since I'm being so anti carb I would enjoy something different.

God Bless yall on the game meat.  I have eaten far more of the woodland creatures than I care to admit (thanks to my dad's Kentucky clan).  Those day are so over for me.
