Good Twisted Tuesday Morning Gang!

Goodmorning,  Busy beaver here!  lol.  Lets see what today brings?  Well home schooling for 6 hours, cleaning, laundry, cooking for this big brood of mine,  I had a a freind come for coffee this morning, but my coffee maker decided to die on on me.  I am  not pleased.  I did swim 10 laps in the pool last night and that felt good,  a week ago it hurt my tummy but it was wonderful last night,  Then sat in jacuzzi for an hour and relaxed, I think I needed that.  Today after I finish my chores I am going on a 3 mile walk and then I am going for a swim.  Very boring day today, but got to get the genral house cleaning done and that is always a chore.  So I am a big fat bore today.  Thanks for thinking of me Janine.  Hope everyone has a wonderful day.  Rhonda

It's only Tuesday and already I can't wait until Friday.  Maybe because I know it's a 3 day weekend. Woo Hoo!

Happy Terrific Tuesday!  I just did not sleep well last night, must be the wind. I hate wind - it kicks up the allergies again. 

Heard from Jayden last night.  He called daddy at 7:30 and MoMo right before he went to bed.  He had such a good time yesterday.  I asked him if he wanted to go back............... and when he blurted out a resounding YES, I told him good, then I would let him go back.  His momma got a chuckle out of that one.  Apparently there's a cute little blonde girl that took a liking to him right off the bat and insisted on sitting next to him all day long, helping with projects and basically flirted with him all day long!  He told daddy...........she's really cute and really nice but bugged me after a while.  Ahhhh, that's girls for you!

Made venison stew and bisquits for the boys down at the bridge last night.  I enjoy cooking and told them to come up with suggestions for what they want and the $$$$ for ingredients I'd like to bring them hot dinners 2 or three nights a week.  They totally enjoy a warm meal even when it's hot outside.

I had a mega ADD day yesterday.  I've battled it all my life and usually have it under control but yesterday was a doooozie.  I started 6 different things, got distracted, forgot, came back started again, and finally piled it all up, and gave up for a while.  Whew. 

Gonna go check on my daddy.  He's having some brachacardia (sp?) and his heart rate is less than 60 beats per minute and he's feeling run down.  Prayers please............ My daddy's the bestests and we're waiting to hear from his heart doctor.  The feeling right now is that it's just a reaction to medication so mom's adjusting it until we hear from the doctor.  Dad's pretty lucky - he has his own super nurse at home.  Mom's an RN with more initals and letters behind her title.  She ran the Emergency room and Operating rooms here at the local hospital for years until she retired.

Ok, off to work.  Time for my performance evaluation.

 

Morning!!

We are all doing great up here in the Central Valley!!  Our daughter healed nicely from her surgery and goes in this afternoon to her orthodontist to start his plan.  All the kids are adjusting well in school and it is nice to have a couple of hours to myself in the afternoon.

I am heading up to Fresno today with Mike to see my ortho surgeon and discuss what treatment he wants to do next.  The traction that he has me doing has caused more pain than good and we are more than likely looking at injections.  Joy.  That will be a fun-filled day of numerous injections in an O.R. NOT looking forward to that one single bit.  The other day I was in so much pain and just started crying and wondering if this was how I was going to have to live from now on.  36 years old and a back of a 90 year old.....

Anyway- depite the constant pain, I am over the moon with joy that Mike is home and we are all spending time together.  This last weekend we went to Monterey and had a WONDERFUL time....I would love to find a way to move us out there!!

just stopping in to say hello . today is a better day for me , im feeling back to my self ,not so sick feeling i must have needed the rest the last couple of days, my stomach has been in turmoil mode. not good but its passing .good news is i may have a job when i come back down to so. cali, i may have my job back at osh so im waiting to hear from the manager .. he said he was very interested in bringing me back so well see ..
anyways , i wil be living with my brother for a bit til i can get enough money saved to rent a room some where or get apartment if some one will co sign for me. but well see how that goes. one day at a time.

Good Twisted Tuesday Morning:

I got home from the Bay Area yesterday evening. My Neice is looking great, she saw me and said Aunt Terry you look so good I'm jealous. We talked about talking to her Dr. about WLS once she gets 100% recovered from this last one and her complications....
 
I saw my Mom, My Nephews and my Great Nephews and Great Neice, she is so cute she is 4 month and she had her toenails painted so adorable....
 The Bay Area weather was to die for a slight breeze upper 70's. OMG then I'm coming home to 100+. 

OMG, my2 1/2 yr old  grandson came home from daycare with a note that one of the kids has, hand, feet and mouth virus.
If he gets that I think my daughter will have a nervous breakdown, he was sick all last winter from the previous day care (it was a much larger one) and she is just starting her externship for Dental Assisting.  I can only pray that the kids didn't inter mingle or touch the same toys...

Off to feed the horses.

Good Twisted Tuesday...and boy are my arms tired...my butt...my thighs and everything in between.  Boy I tell you Janine I never would have guessed that Yoga would do this to me.  But I still managed to do my morning workout yesterday and I'm hoping to do my stair climb tonight!!

Onward and upward.  Life is really wonderful these days and I'm just thankful to be back on a workout mission.  It feels good.  Tonight after my stair climb I'm going out to dinner with some future WLS peeps who have questions regarding my surgery as they continue their research and finish up with Kaiser!

Ok got to get my coffee...it's late, lol.

yes it is a twisted tuesday. i'm going shopping for some clothes, yippy... thanks for the support yesterday i needed it... i'm not going to wiegh myself until wed for sure now.. i just need to eat better... i've showered and ready to go so everyone have a great day...

I AM HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH MY HANDS, FINGERS,WRIST,ARMS ELBOWS AND SHOULDERS. LOL I GUESS THAT ABOUT COVERS IT.

I HAVE AN APPT. TO SEE A RHUMATOLOGIST SEPT.3RD TO SEE IF I HAVE  RA. CARPAL TUNNEL OR BOTH. I HAVE HAD ARTHRITIS SINCE I WAS 21 BUT THIS PAIN IS SO MUCH WORSE AND MY HANDS AND FINGERS BECOME NUMB.  I HAVE BEEN ON A LOT OF PAIN MEDS. IT'S NOT BEEN TO EASY TO TYPE OR GARDEN.

NOT FAIR, THE BEST OF BOTH MY WORLDS AND I AM NOT ABLE TO DO EITHER OF THEM VERY WELL.

I JUST WANTED TO POP IN AND LET YOU KNOW I AM STILL HERE AND WILL POP IN AS MUCH AS I CAN.

EVERYONE TAKE CARE AND STAY HYDRATED AND TRY AND KEEP COOL.... OH WHAT I WOULD GIVE FOR ABOUT 3 FEET OF SNOW RIGHT ABOUT NOW... LOL
