Hey Everyone,

Thought maybe if we all shared our menus for tonite's dinner, we could help eachother out with some new recipes or ideas!!!

Cooking has definatley become one of my passions!

So for dinner tonite, I have some vension and elk steaks sitting in a home made marinade.. with olive oil, basalmic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, black pepper and sage!  I'm going to throw them on the grill along with some zuchini I'll season with my dude dust!  I'll probabally make a potato or pasta or something for the hubby too.

Should be an easy nite tonite!!!

So what are you all making????  Spill!

Renee, that sounds so good! I am cooking a 3/4" sirloin steak in low fat, low sodium beef stock with Santa Maria seasoning. I am cooking green beans or spinach to go with and probably some mashed potatoes for DH.
