Does anyone have some good Pureed food ideas?

Here's what got me through the pureed stage...actually I did not mind this stage at all.It was WAY better than the liquids!!!
Refried Beans with cheese ( I would put them in my magice bullet to make them extra smooth and creamy!)
Ricotta Cheese with Spaghetti sauce
Ricotta Cheese with Cinnamon & Splenda - YUM!
Egg casserole
SF puddings and jellos

My surgeons protocol is 2 days of clear liquids, then up to the 3rd week post op on "full" liquids, then 3 weeks of pureed, and then introduce soft foods.
This Wednesday it will be 5 weeks since surgery. I can start eating soft foods on Sept 3rd. I was just running out of ideas for pureed foods.
What is your post op diet like?
