Interesting day...

So, I've had the cam walker for almost 2 weeks and I decided to drive today. Had to get my hair trimmed and nails done. You know, all the little girlie things...lol I hate having Matthew take me 'cuz he just has to sit there. It's like when he takes me to Walmart. Everytime I go down an aisle, all I hear is "you're done, right??". Ugh!! I so can't wait until I can really drive on my own. So anyway, I digress. I can't drive with the cam walker on, so I have to take it off everytime I get in the car and put it back on everytime I get out...what a PITA!!! I decided that I am NOT driving again until I don't have to wear the darn thing. Besides, driveing hurt my ankle too much. But I am getting better on the crutches...

You have been a really good sport, I think I would've lost it by now! I hate depending on other's for stuff like that........
You are starting to heal so just try to stay as patient as you have been.

Thanx Jeni, I am trying to be patient and I know the healing will come in time, but it's been 10 weeks already. I just want to be able to go where I want, when I want and not to have to depend on other people to get me there. Ugh!!!

Patience Miss Katt..you are as bad as Kim....you girls...your body heals in its own time. I know it has been rough...I was at one point in a below the knee cast for 10 weeks when I broke my foot...they even wanted to do surgery at that point because I did not have the union they desired at that time....I refused....walked around like a gimp too....hurt for a long time...but it healed and me depend on anyone at that time...oh hell NO....stubborn lass I was back then. Be thankful that Matt is willing to help even though he gripes Katt...there are many people out here who's partners would have not helped....so there is always a silver lining in everything! It will get better!
