Hi there! All kaiser plans tend to be different. I pay 15.00 per visit. Classes are free. Cost of surgery was 250.00 paid day of surgery. Good luck!~Ann~

It depends what plan you have...the co-pays can vary...prob best to call and ask. I just got my letter yesterday for my orientation in ssf Kaiser on Sept. 30th.
