Good Morning Cali and welcome to Whacky Weigh In Wednesday!
Wow it is already humpday...can you believe it and only 2 more days until it is FRIDAY. Although I am dreading it really as I have so much work to do!
Anywho....it is that time of week for you to step on your scale and keeping in the spirit of what this post is meant for....tell us how much you lost this week, how you fit in your clothes and most of all important...how you feel about yourself! This is meant to be positive and supportive.....if you are having a difficult time of losing...well say so or maintianing...we are here to help you with whatever you need!
So get on it kids....start posting those fantastic numbers....it has been off the hook for the last couple of weeks!
For me....still maintaining so that is making me quite happy!!! Little puffy....I can handle that too because I know that is only temporary too! Clothes fit great! Them 8's taste great! The people are work have all made comments....feels good!

Nope that would be up super early Rhonda...sucks...I get up for a few hours and then if I am lucky...I get a few more hours....I am super worried having to go back to work now with my sleeping so messed up!

As you can see by my ticker I have a bit of time before I will look at a scale, but I can say that I have loss 1.5in off my wiast so far. So all is good. I have nit given in to the carb monster and really don't miss them like I thought I would.

Yay! Half way through the week!
ok.............I actually got on the scale this morning..... Ugh!!!
I gained.........see what emotional eating can do? Up about 3 pounds since last time I got on the scale. I am at 219 lbs........
But I will take the positive and use this as a new start, a new beginning.
