really thirst ..help please

I'm post-op 4 days now and im really really thirst. Are u suppose to sip and wait 5 to 10 mins.

Any ideas would be awesome

Hey there!  Congrats on loserville!!!!

As long as you are sipping and not gulping, you don't really need to wait 5-10 minutes.  Just make sure they are sips and not anything larger.

I was allowed to have sugar free popcicles too.  That really seems to help with the thirsty feeling.  In order for me to get down the 64 ounces of water in, I have to basically sip all day.  I know the days that I haven't reached that goal, I would usually feel more thirsty.  I made the mistake of taking too big of a sip, and my pouch let me know.
