Our topic for this meeting is "Little Changes Add Up To Big Results" and we will be reminding ourselves how to be sure we are doing what we should with our WLS lifestyle. Be prepared for this meeting by writing down a list, and bringing it with you, of the little (or BIG) changes you have made in your thinking, behavior, eating/nutrition, activities and social interactions since having surgery (or want to make if you are pre-op).

We have TWO new issues of OH magazine to hand out since our last meeting as well.

In recognition of our commitment as a group to making 2008 the Year-We-Get-Off-Our-Butts we will be taking a ride/stroll to the CSUSB campus and back after the meeting (unless we are having a major heat wave in which case it'll be a shorter ride/walk). We would love for you to bring your bike and/or walking shoes and join in! We plan to incorporate group physical activities into our meetings in one fashion or another at future meetings as well. Sound like fun?

Sounds like a wonderful time, however with my work schedule I will not be able to make it... one of these months I'll have a saturday off...

I would love to go to meet everyone, but I will be out of town next weekend.  Maybe I'll be able to come out to the next one.
