Happy TGIF Everyone!
Hi and happy Friday all!
Heat...yup....humidity....yup...aunt flo....yup....no energy at all YUPPPPP!! But I have decided not to go along with that. Today I am having coffee with a new friend, cooking dinner for the neighbors who have been driving my youngest to and from school with their kids and some time working while out on the patio with my feet up. Not bad at all!

THE HUMIDITY IS KILLING ME, WHEN I GO OUT TO WATER I WATER ME TO AND IT FEELS SO GOOD. I HEAR YOU WITH THE BREATHING, I HAD TO USE MY RESCUE INHALER AFTER WATER ALL THE FLOWERS. IT'S AWEFUL OUT. CAN'T WAIT TILL WINTER, WELL OUR SO CALLED WINTER.
SOUNDS LIKE YOUR GOING TO HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS. PLAYING IT BY EAR IS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT. SURPRISES ARE SO MUCH FUN EVEN WHEN IT'S WHAT YOU END UP FOR FUN,
THIS WEEKEND WILL BE WAITING FOR THE PEOPLE TO COME MEASURE THE BACK SLIDING GLASS DOOR. OF COURSE IT'S AN OVER SIZE DOOR 10 FEET SO YOU CAN'T BUY ONE OF THE CHEAP ONES AND PUT IT IT. NOOOOOOO YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT CUSTOM DONE. IT'S BEEN BROKEN FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS.
IT TAKES 10 MEN AND AN ARMY TO OPEN IT UP. PLUS PRAY YOU DON'T GET A HERNIA OPENING AND CLOSING IT
. NOW THAT I USE THE DOOR EVERYDAY TO GO OUT BACK IT IS A KILLER TO OPEN AND CLOSE. THERE IS NO FIXING IT WE TRIED AND IT'S A DINASOUR OF A DOOR, AND AT THE BOTTOM THE GLASS IS CRACKED AND IT DOESN'T SEAL ANYMORE SO THE DUST COLD AND HEAT GETS IN.
THEY HAVE TO MEASURE AND PUT ONE IN. IT'S GOING TO COST A FORTUNE AND I PICKED OUT THE CHEAPEST ONE... IT COST OVER $3000 TOTAL FOR THE DOOR AND INSTALLATION.... I'M IN THE WRONG BUSINESS I THINK.
I HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND WITH ALL YOUR COMPANY AND IT STARTS TO COOL OFF.

Hi Cali Crew,
Where was I at 4:30 this morning? The Laundrymat. I needed some things for San Diego, so I decided to wash all of my things. Afterwards, I went to work. Saturday, I am going down to San Diego to participate in the Midnight Madness- a 20 mile bike ride. While I am down there, I will be staying at a hostel in a co-ed room. I will not bac****il Sunday afternoon. I cannot wait. Tonight, I am going to REI to see if I can find some biking shorts and energy bars.
That's my story and I am sticking to it.

My folks are gone and I'm back on the beam. 10k+ steps today and I used my Nu-Wave oven on a chicken. The meat was very moist! I'll be using this often.
Today I vegged and walked. Tomorrow is my support group meeting in Petaluma so we'll be spending 4 hours on the road. We might take a trip up to Hopland while where inland and checkout the Solar Festival.
Sunday will be rest and walk.

Just stopping in to say hello to everyone and hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday night!
As for me, this weekend will be very uneventful and that is exactly the way I want it. I am just tired and honestly cranky, so I decided my body is telling me to rest.
