Hi Sharilyn, Thank you for sending me a reply.  I am fairly new to this site so I really don't know anyone too well. I love this site..everyone is so friendly and supportive.  I hope to make many friends here.   I really enjoy hearing all the success stories..its very motivating. I aslo like the fact that most people keep it real.  It's not all fun and games. It's also hard work and sometimes not so great. This is a good thing for me because I ( as a newbie) know exactly what to expect.

Thank You Everyone!!!!!!!!  Sunday I am going to start cutting my carbs and start walking 3 times a week.  I figure I have to start somewhere. Since I am a tad out of shape I am sure my muscle will not be pleased..lol! Slow and steady I go.  Thanks again for  all of your positive comments.
