Marathon Training

Hey Coach!

I completed the training last year and I can tell everyone that it is a great program and Scott is the very best coach. I don't think I'm going to do the training program but if anybody wants to do it. I'm welling to do some water stations to help you raise money.

I'd love to see you out there at a water stop!  I'm told that registration is going well, so we will have a nice big group.  I hope that some of the OH folks will jump on board for some training fun.  When is your next run?

My next run is Disney 1/2 marathon after that San Jose Rock n Roll 1/2 and Long Beach 1/2!! I know your see the pattern!!

Not sure if I will be joining you or not yet....but I have to say what a wonderful program it is and what a wonderful coach YOU are!  Cali crew....if you think you could never do something like run a marathon...YOU CAN!!!!

Yeah, we are starting three weeks later this year, not sure why!  Our big kick-off party is on September 27th at Top to Top and then we start training on October 4th.  I am itching to get started because I miss working with the runners.  Thanks for all of the kudos, you were a pleasure to work with.  If anyone can attest to the program, you can.  I am so proud of all that you overcame to finish the marathon!  You are one incredible woman!
