Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ran the Pasadena Half or Full Marathon.  I wanted to know what if there are hills involved or not.  If not, do anyone know of that website where people can critique/ offer their opinions on the various races?  I am thinking about doing this one in Novemeber.

Thanks a lot.

Kim

Haven't run that one, but Groove Daddy and I ran the Reggae 10 k in Pasadena and it was VERY hilly!

I personally think you need to get your butt over to Scott's Marathon post and sign up!  :-P

Kim,

This year is the first time that the Pasadena Marathon is being run, but you can probably find the elevation profile on the race's website.

I am thinking about running this one myself!

take care,
Scott

Check www.mapmyrun.com the race course along with the topography might be listed there.

I'm considering the LB Half...I know that's a flat course. :)

Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Me and my friend, Cyndi, is doing the 1/2 at Long Beach. If you do it, and are slow, you can gimp along with us. (Cyndi's frist)

Hi Kim - I'm registered for the Pasadena Marathon - and looking forward to it - I have to get my butt in gear to get ready! The course map in on their website - http://www.pasadenamarathon.org I don't know if they have the elevations, but have seen the course map.  I don't remember much about it - but - it's the first run of this race so you should do it... even if it hurts! LOL
