2 things:

Like a few people mentioned, have your iron levels checked.  Even though I have always been consistent with my vitamins, my iron level was still a little lower than it should be.  So I now take an extra multi-vitamin and an extra iron pill everyday. Now the iron levels are normal.

You may need to eat more. How many calories are you getting in?  I slacked off on my fitday journaling and when I picked it up again I was shocked to learn I was only eating 600-800 calories a day!!  You need fuel!!

Don't underestimate rest either, your body needs time to recover so that it can grow stronger especially if you are lifting weights.

That was really three things...so you got a freebie.  :)

Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

These may sound wierd (but with RNY people we are sort of test patients...they don't know if our toes will fall off in 10 years or what).  Shrimp will give me energy for some reason...I don't know why.  Also extra sunshine (without burning).  The last one is really strange but it worked (sorry to say)...Foster Farms chicken corn dogs.  I don't know what is in it (could be livers or kidneys), but something in those things perk me up.  Just wondering if my body lacks something that is in those things.  I go with a very rounded diet...just to be sure I don't miss any minor nutrients.  Brian  PS...carrots
