Psychologist rec in Sacramento

I need to get an evaluation before my consultation.  Does anyone have a psychologist they recommend or went to in Sacramento?  I would like to go to one who has experience with WLS patients.

You can try contacting Dr Shoemaker who is downtown Sac off of J. I hear he has done many of these and is familar with what is required for the eval.

Yeah, but I was given the option to look for my own.  Their fee is $200 out of pocket, so if I can find one on my own for a *****eaper it would be great.  I am trying to keep any out of pocket stuff as low as I can.  I will check out the names given and if they the same or more expensive I will just use the name my surgeon can give.

Dr.Black is off Arden way, near Morse ave.  He is a nice younger guy.  He is on Dr.Cirangle's list  I liked him....Good luck to you...
