Rise and shine all you Cali peeps it is Monday and only 4 more days until Friday!

I hope this weekend brought you all some much rest and relaxtion that I know you all needed! I do not know if I could ever go back to a regular job where I had to work 50 weeks out of the year...YUCK!!!

BTW the Mystery Box is inroute to someone's house for all of you who participated. I do not know and did not ask what the glich was, but I know someone should be receiving it today or tomorrow hopefully...oh yeah and I know who it is, but I ain't a tellin nobody no way!!! How is that for some excellent grammar!

So Steve and Jodi gardened...I played, gramma, pool pig, hog riden artist this weekend, Janel tried to scare us all. Lauren C made an overdue appearance and thankfully she and her family are doing well....now that is exciting.!Jan got some much needed rest. Sue I believe is leaving on vacation. Becky is MIA. Terry is feeling better with her stent and her niece is doing much better. Cntygirl is looking to change docs and today is her birthday....HAPPY BIRTHDAY  SueBee is hanging in there and pushing herself too hard....take it slow twin sis okay?Katt gets her cast off today....slow down girl...now boogying girl okay? Carrie came home for the hospital...we have a new loser! Linda is hopefully doing well and Julia is back to work also...wow you guys impresse me! Cheri is hubbabubbing it. Hopefully LisaB got to see Diane C and that she is mending good....and her sis...OMG keep Diane's family in prayers! Oh yeah and have you felt the midvalley shakin....Vicki...slow down girl   Nikki has some girl equipment that she did not know she had either  yeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw and Kim aka BarbieJ-LOAnderson.....is teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeny!!! WOW!!! And lets not forget MissJudyAnnewhodoesnotknowhowtomakespacesinhertypingmustbehowherstudentsturninpaperstoherLOL  Oh and I think GrooveDaddy must have had a great performance as he didn't make an appearence yesterday! Kristin...how was it????

Good Morning One and ALL......

I tried to rest this weekend, but instead, had a drama full weekend. A friend was having family problems, and as there friend, I was here and there for them. UGH! But I am glad that got all settled, or at least, its heading that way. I wish them the best. Its going to be hard for all of them.

I am feeling better, breathing is getting easier, so I guess I was able to keep the URI at bay. So far.

Today is my day off. YAY!!! But I do have a fun day planned. Or I hope its fun. I am going to the Jeep Days in Ontario. I can't wait. I have heard its lots of fun. Lizs DH has been to them before, and alway enjoyed his time. After that, I think I will go and have a spa day for me. :-D Or go and hit some balls with my 3 new clubs and see how they work for me.

I am thinking about doing a IE dinner sometime next month, so watch for that and I hope to see TON of OHer's there. LOL

OK time for coffee. Gosh, I need it this morning. WOW. I want to go back to bed and sleep. I was up late watching the USA kick butt. Go Team!!!

This weekend was pretty busy.  Lots of money spent :(   Lindsey and I went shopping for school clothes.  Yipee today is the first day of school.  It is her Sr year.  So we bought a few items and we went to the MAC store at the Glendale Galleria.  She has an interesting schedule.  She will have a zero period which will start at 0630.  She will be out of school at 1104 everyday except Wednesday which will be 1004.  She will then have a break come home and then go to beauty school until 500pm.
She has actually been in school all summer in beauty school.  But now it will be her traditional along with beauty school.
Well, I need to scoot want to get to work early I need to prepare for a meeting.

oh i remember the school cloths days... to be honest it's been so long that the pain of it has disappeared so i bought my 8 year old grand daughter school clothes, how crazy is that.. lol

Good morning Janine and Cali!

Yesterday we took Sammi swimming for the first time. Oh what fun we had. She's a little shy with the water and won't put her face in yet, but that will come. We didn't push her and we all had fun.

today is back to work Monday and I only have 3.5 days to get my stuff in order to hand off to someone else. We leave for Vaca on Friday morning. Its a short one, but still a vaca. Who can complain! LOL

Not a whole lot new today.  2 of my children start school today!  This leaves me with only 4 at home!  I do have to homeschool 2 of them, but that is such a joy!  I go for my follow up today and I am praying that I get to eat some kind of food.  It will be 10 days and my doctor seems to go fast.  So I am praying that I can substitute the protein drinks with anything, dirt sounds good at this moment.  Did a lot of shopping yesterday and got a new haircut.  Got the worst pedicure in my life yesterday, started to ruin my wonderful day, but I just gave it up and kept on having a wonderful Sunday.  Well got a great's night rest and On with my day.  My list is long but I am up and roaring and ready to go.  Everyone have a fab day.  Do something nice just for you today!  YOu deserve it.

Yep, it's back to work day but I had a great weekend and look forward to another one is a few short days!

Can you believe the Labor Day holiday is just three weeks from today? Crazy! Where has the summer gone?

Been enjoying the olympics so far. Swimming has been exciting, womens gymnastics dissapointing. Everything is a joy to watch. You have to admire and be inspired by all the athletes. Awesone what people can do.
