Upper GI results give no hope of why...

I throw up every other day   I make sure i take 10 mins between bites and no drinking and i chew well.  This only happens with regular food soft food and liquids i do ok with.

Just got the fax with the exact measurements but according to the PA (Ashley) at the WLS office my upper GI measurements are normal. 

No explanation of why food hates me or why i throw up every other day or so.

Anyone know anything about these measurements i'd love to hear your opinion.

The barium esophagram demonstrates an anastomosis = 1.5 cm. The gastric pouch is = 5.6 x 2.7cm

Yesterday was my 4 month surgiversary and i'm down 62lbs and from an 18 to a 12.

Just for some comfort.  I lived on refriend beans for almost 8 months.  I did the same thing, threw up everything, didn't matter, then all of a sudden it stopped.  Nothing was different, nothing changed, it just stopped.  Try not drinking anything 1/2 before meals and 1 hour after, see if that helps.  I know it's hard to do, but anything is worth a try.

For the first three months after my surgery I couldn't eat or drink anything before 2 or 3 in the afternoon.  Everything came up.  I faithfully tried to eat every single day.  I was in the ER twice with vomiting and dehydration.  They did a CT Scan and nothing was wrong.  The only thing that did come back out of whack was my liver enzymes.

Suddenly though, at almost three months out, I stopped throwing up and I've only had problems with keeping food down a few times since, mostly due to my eating too fast.  My liver enzymes are normal now, so I don't know if that was the cause. 

I'm sorry I don't really have an answer for you.  I just want you to know that you're not alone in the problems you're having and it has gotten better for me.
