Actually there are docs in So.Cal Kaiser who do the VSG and the DS. Harbor city is one place. Our "Ms.Shell" on the VSG forum had her VSG done there

VSG on 09/24/08

LapSF is Dr. Cirangle and Dr. Jossart and they do all 4 surgeries. They are in San Francisco.

Wow! great info! I was thinking just that about the diet! I was like I have done thousands and I end up right back at FAT so why the heck do I have to go through that? I have a PPO and I am still not sure what will be required of me but I hope it goes smoothly! Thanks so much again!

And make sure they *really* do all the surgeries. I went to one who advertised doing all but DS and when I got there it turned out that 90% of the practice was all RnY and, golly gee, for some unknown reason he thought I'd be a perfect candidate for a bypass.
