HELP

I need motivation! I need to lose 22 more pounds before they will give me a surgery date and I do well until evening and then I am starving and lose all motivation. At that point I want to eat whatever is in my way!!!  What can I do to stay motivated all day long!!  And deal with the hunger pangs???

I wish I could tell you what really works but I just don't have an answer. I have the night time munchie thing going too and I am on the pre-op diet, talk about staring... you really feel like you will the first few days. I just keep telling myself I can do this and so far I  have. My date is in 12 days!!!

Hello!! Staying motivated is hard for most people. I would suggest joining Weigh****chers. You can eat normal foods and  the weight comes off pretty fast. When I joined WW before I decided to have WLS I lost 18 lbs my first week. And 1 the next...Good luck and hang in there...

Have a protein shake in the evening when you want to snak....
Women are angels.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.

I do a protien shake and then.................. sugar free popcicles or jello or whatever else along that line.  The kid and I made 3 different batches of sf jello and put in tiny containers so they're ready.
