Gina, I have jumped through all the hoops. LOL.. I see Dr Coates on the 15th and surgery is on the 19th. The nut class just goes over everything in the book you should have received. Who is your surgeon?

I really like him, I haven't really met him for my surgery but I did get to meet him at my sisters surgery 3 years ago.
