Hey everybody!!  It's humpday you know what that means??  Just a couple more sleeps till the weekend!!  I've been partying 2 weekends in a ROW so I believe I will be sleeping in this one!

Ok where are my WDYET players??

LND:  Pizza (low carb tortilla & toppings)
LNS:  Damn potato salad (throwing it out tonight)

B:  2 eggs; salsa; sour cream on Mission Low Carb tortilla (after workout)
S:  1 can Slim Fast Low Carb
L:  Small salad and Chicken salad w/ff ranch
S:  1/2 Roadside Lemonade Nectar and 1/2 All Bran Fiber Mix
S:  Scoop strawberry ice cream
D:  1 cup pinto beans; 1 slice wheat bread w/butter

Water: 10 cups will end with 12
Vitamins:  Just took the last
Exercise:  Treadmill way to EARLY this morning

I'll have to try to tortilla with egg...kinda like a breakfast buritto...yummmmm

LND: 2oz Tri-tip  Small Salad (didn't finish the tip as I felt sick)
LND: Almond Sweet/Salty Granola bar

B:  Protein Drink
S: 4oz lf cottage cheese with pineapple
L:  1.5 oz lean lunch meat,  1 oz smoky cheddar cheese
S:  probably a peeled apple with 2oz peanut butter
D: probably a protein drink...still feeling kinda icky with no real appetite

Water:  40oz so far...will do 64oz or more
Vits:      yes...still have to do my calcium this afternoon and at bedtime
Exercise:  30 mins on manual treadmill,  20mins weights

It's JUST like a breakfast buritto!!  The tortilla I use is Mission Low Carb Wheat Tortilla (fajita size).  It's 80 calories; 12 carbs; 3 protein; 8 fiber.  They are delicious.  I can eat a whole one now SLOWLY but initially could only do 1/2 so I'd make my mini burrito and cut it in 1/2 =) 

Oh and I use the tortilla as a mini pizza crust too =)

Ok, here we go:

LND:  Sweet and sour Lean Cuisne dinner (goodness that was nasty!) and a salad with lemon juice dressing and cracked pepper

B:  Protein shake, 1/4c cottage cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bead

L:  Protein shake, 1 wasa cracker, 1 oz cheeze, 6 grapes

Dinner tonight - 4 oz baked chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and a green salad with low fat poppy seed dressing

Water - all in (85 ozs)

Vitamins - on board

Exercise - Kick boxing count?  My butt hurts!

LNS: NOTHING

B: PURE PROTEIN BAR
S: 8 OZS NONFAT MILK
L: 4 OZS FLANK STEAK
S: JERKY
D: 1/2 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE, 1/2 CUP VEGGIES
S: MAYBE A SF POPSICLE

WATER: ONLY HALF
VITAMINS: YES
EXERCISE: NOT TODAY

LNS: SF Lifesaver popsicle, SF FF pudding

B: Cheerios w/sunmilk
S: SF Lifesaver popsicle
L: Leftover sirloin steak (about 2 ozs.), slice of 2% American cheese
S: Kay's NAturals white cheddar kruncheeze protein snack
D: Grilled chicken salad, 1/2 slice of garlic bread
S: None, still s little full from dinner.

W: Almost done
V: Yep

L: 1/2 cup Fage
S: Roadside Lemonade with ice tea
D: Two grilled shrimp
S: Nada

W: I think I was able to get in about 7 glasses today. :(

E: No gym today, but did do several short walks

Better late than never

eggs over the last of the refried black beans and lf cheese w/ salsa
turkey hot dog w/ lf cheese, mustard and onion and green beans
3 sl pepperd turkey and 1 sl of havarti and handful of trail mix
4 grilled shrimp and beans from el torito grill
