Hey Michelle, have you ever thought of putting a recipe book together?? With all the great recipes you have in your blog, iy should be a great one. =)

Well thanks for thinking they are worthy. It's important to me that people know that life after weight loss surgery isn't just protein shakes and cottage cheese. I gained 8 pounds on last suppers thinking I'd never eat "good food" again LOL. so I think the blog is my public service announcement. Writing it each day helps me keep my head in the game.
