Sorry gang....things have been CRAZY here at work and I haven't had much online time. But I made it today. Unfortunately I haven't been planning for the craziness so I haven't been eating too well. Today is much better though.

S: 1/2 chocolate chocolate chip muffin; coffee
L: Egg mockmuffin w/cheese; 1/2 cup greens; 1/4 orange
S: Roadside Lemonade Nectar w/All Bran Fiber Mix
D: Pizza (low carb tortilla & toppings)
Water: 10 cups currently will finish at 12

Exercise: STILL working on that one

Snack: Nope - not allowed
LUNCH: Yet another Vanilla Protein Shake, 6 Green Grapes, 1 WASA cracker, 1oz low fat cheeze
Snack: Nada - Nyet, zip, zilch. (my fingers if I don't eat dinner here real soon!)
On the schedule for tonight................Lean Cuisine Sweet & Sour chicken and a green salad.
