Sorry gang....things have been CRAZY here at work and I haven't had much online time.  But I made it today.  Unfortunately I haven't been planning for the craziness so I haven't been eating too well.  Today is much better though.

LND:  inside of a Burrito Supreme

LNS:  none

B:  mocha frap light

S:  protein bar

L:  sushi!!!!  YUMMMMMMMY!

S:  ???

D:  not sure...football started this week so I've been getting home really late.  Something quick I guess

Water:  yep
Vitamins:  yep
Exercise:  2 mile run this morning!

LND:  3oz salmon; 1/2 cup broccoli
LND:  2Tbsp potato salad

B:  Carb Master Yogurt, SlimFast Low Carb
S:  1/2 chocolate chocolate chip muffin; coffee
L:  Egg mockmuffin w/cheese; 1/2 cup greens; 1/4 orange
S:  Roadside Lemonade Nectar w/All Bran Fiber Mix
D:  Pizza (low carb tortilla & toppings)

Water: 10 cups currently will finish at 12
Vitamins:  Yup
Exercise:  STILL working on that one

Is it possible that my new pouch doesn't work?  I think I can eat more than I am suppose to.  Uggg!  I am not having a good day! LOL

LND:  1/4 cup cottage cheese
LNS:  Protien drink

B:  Protien drink
S:  Carb Master Yogurt
L:  1/4 cup of Chicken puree
S:  Roadside Lemonade Nectar mixed with 32 oz ice tea
D:  ??? not sure yet maybe a salmon puree and some protien

Water: 4 cups so far
Vitamins:  my morning ones and will finish them up tonight
Exercise:  mile and a half on the treadmill this morning

D - Hamburger patty (BBQ at my sisters) and a small corn on the cob and I am very sure there will be white wine involved....

E - only if shopping counts.....Sears is having an awesome clearance sale...I got a pair of white shorts for $1.49 - 2 skorts for $8 each and a dress for $9....OMG I scored...and are you ready for this - the dress is a 14 and the shorts are 16  -  WOO HOO

Ok, here goes.  I'm so hungry today I could gnaw my fingers off!  the 2 week liver shrink diet is tough!

LND:  Lean Cuisine Turkey and Gravy dinner, green salad with fat free poppy seed dressing
LNS:  Not a thing.

BREAKFAST:  Vanilla Protein Shake, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread.
Snack:  Nope - not allowed
LUNCH:  Yet another Vanilla Protein Shake, 6 Green Grapes, 1 WASA cracker, 1oz low fat cheeze
Snack:  Nada - Nyet, zip, zilch.    (my fingers if I don't eat dinner here real soon!)

On the schedule for tonight................Lean Cuisine Sweet & Sour chicken and a green salad.
