Well Ms. Shell...I wish today was the day I stared eating better...but alas..no! Oh well...there is always tomorrow!!!!

Hi All...
Ok, under 1000 calories and had 77 grams of protein but when I look at what I ate I get mad.. Why did I eat pretzels and pizza??? Oh yeah and I feel like crap no wonder why I haven't lost any weight in the last 2 weeks..

LND: 3 OZS CHICKEN W/ 1/4 VEGGIES
LNS: SUGAR FREE POPSICLE

B: PROTEIN BAR
S: JERKY
L: 4 OZS CHICKEN W/ 1/4 C VEGGIES LEFT OVERS (YUCK)
S: PRETZELS
D: 1/2 C. CUCUMBER AND TOMATOES, 1 SLICE PIZZA
S: 1 OZ NUTS AND 1 OZ JERKY


WATER: NOPE
VITAMINS: FORGOT
EXERCISE: TOMORROW

You know what?  This would be a cool thread for the different stages of the surgeries.

Liquids, Full Liquids etc... so then if other people are in the same stage, maybe we can get some ideas that way... what'cha think?

Just make a perm thread or something for each phase and let people check in in the appropriate group?

Maybe I'm overstepping my boundries here, if so, I'm sorry!

Hey Crysti,

NOT stepping on any toes darlin!!  It's a great idea only there isn't really a way to make a permanent thread.  Someone has to actually take the initiative to do it!!

Hmmmm I'll have to think about it, I like the idea, b/c I know I will want ideas once I'm post op, I'm sure!
